The Enterprise Application Resources Planning (EARP) Board exists to evaluate project proposals to promote an integrated, priorities-based approach to the effective planning and deployment of enterprise class application technologies.
Essentially this means:
- Software programs or packages implemented at KU with the potential to affect the campus operations on a large scale (enterprise application); or,
- Those periodic modifications or upgrades (routine enhancements) to existing campus-wide software applications implemented according to a priority time schedule; and
- Major technology infrastructure changes with the potential to impact the above.
