Information Services Assessment Council Meeting Minutes

Jennifer Church-Duran and Cole Robison previewed an online survey Instructional Services has developed to assess their service offerings and the training needs of students, faculty and staff. It will be administered early in the fall semester so that it does not overlap with TechQual which will be conducted in early November. We will confer with OIRP to select a representative sample of prospective survey participants.

Council members discussed the administration of the TechQual survey and the communications strategy for encouraging participation. Myers will provide a planning outline for a subsequent meeting.

Members discussed how best to share information about prospective assessment plans. Sherry Umscheid will explore setting up a shared drive. Myers will send a prompt to gather information from members.
