Information Services Assessment Council Meeting Minutes

ISAC members completed the pilot TechQual assessment aimed at gauging users' perceived, desired, and minimal levels of performance in regards to IT services, and they gave Myers feedback regarding possible improvements to the assessment. The TechQual assessment will be given to other targeted groups on campus for further feedback before wider implementation in Fall 2007.

Myers shared a report from the Libraries Reference Survey that was administered by Fran Devlin twice during the Spring semester. Fran Devlin (Interim Reference Services Coordiator) and Rhonda Sharp (Interim Service Quality Coordinator) will be asked to present on the user satisfaction assessments of the Libraries reference and service desks for the assessment program scheduled for the May 10 IS Concept Review.
